The Professional Flow: Briefing → Simulator → Debriefing

Every session follows a consistent airline-standard structure to maximize skill retention.

03

Custom-Tailored Mission Objectives

Each session is personalized to pilot experience and career goals:

04

Sample Session Outline

A typical session may include:

  1. Pre-flight briefing and objective review
  2. Normal departure and arrival procedures
  3. Automation management and manual flight segments
  4. Abnormal/emergency scenario practice
  5. Line-oriented flight training (LOFT) elements
  6. Post-session performance debrief with actionable feedback

Training Flow

Every B757 simulator session at Simulator Center Training follows a structured airline-style flow, designed to maximize learning, skill retention, and operational confidence. Our training emphasizes realistic scenarios, hands-on flying, and actionable feedback, ensuring every pilot leaves “check-ride ready.”

01

Pre-Session Briefing

Before entering the simulator, pilots participate in an in-depth briefing led by experienced airline instructors. This session sets the stage for success by:

  • Reviewing training objectives and expected outcomes
  • Discussing airline SOPs, procedural flow, and cockpit coordination
  • Identifying focus areas, such as abnormal procedures, manual handling, or CRM performance
  • Ensuring pilots fully understand the mission profile and scenario objectives
02

Full-Motion Simulator Training

Pilots then move to the Level D Full Flight Simulator, where real-world B757 scenarios come to life. This hands-on portion focuses on:

  • Normal and non-normal operations including departures, arrivals, and approaches
  • Automation management and manual flying under high-pressure conditions
  • Abnormal and emergency scenarios such as system failures, engine malfunctions, or unusual attitudes
  • Crew Resource Management (CRM) practice, fostering clear communication and effective cockpit coordination
  • Applying airline-standard checklists and SOPs in a realistic environment
03

Performance Debrief & Feedback

After each session, pilots receive a comprehensive debrief, turning every experience into measurable improvement. This stage includes:

  • Detailed review of technical handling, procedural compliance, and decision-making
  • Analysis of CRM performance, workload management, and situational awareness
  • Identification of strengths and areas for improvement
  • Actionable recommendations to guide further training and skill refinement

With this structured flow, each B757 simulator session ensures pilots gain maximum value, enhancing confidence, proficiency, and readiness for airline operations or assessments.

Minimum Requirements:

Entry Requirements

To ensure safe, effective, and airline-standard training, pilots enrolling in our B757 Simulator Training program must meet the following minimum requirements:

01

Valid Boeing B757 Type Rating

Pilots must hold a current B757 Type Rating issued by a recognized aviation authority such as DGCA, FAA, EASA, or another ICAO-approved organization. This ensures that all participants have the foundational knowledge required for advanced simulator training.

02

Valid Pilot License

A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is required. This guarantees that all participants possess the necessary legal and professional qualifications to operate multi-engine commercial aircraft.

03

Multi-Engine & Instrument Ratings

Current Multi-Engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR) privileges are mandatory. These ratings confirm proficiency in handling complex aircraft systems and flying under instrument meteorological conditions.

04

Medical Certification

Pilots must hold a current Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by DGCA, FAA, EASA, or another ICAO-recognized authority. This ensures fitness for professional aviation duties and simulator operation.
